My wife and I purchased a Vanderhall Venice. Jim McDaniel assisted us with the sale. It was all done remotely during the winter. The team at Roc On made us feel very comfortable and at home with the transaction. We just picked our Vanderhall up. They were ready for us when we showed up at their facility. They helped us load our new vehicle up and get us on the way with no issues. The new owner Beth introduced herself to us and made us feel right at home. We want to thank the entire team at Roc on power sports. The service department prepped the Vanderhall and were ready to enjoy our new vehicle!

I purchased my 09 street glide 2 years ago from a dealer in Syracuse only because they had a bike that met my criteria.I mention this because I'm treated as if I bought my bike at cycle stop.When my bike went into limp mode Ken got it in that day ran a diagnostic,cleared the codes & explained it was probably bad fuel,its been fine since.How much did that cost you ask, two dozen donuts.Dropped my rims off unannounced on a Saturday for tires, done one hour later.In the parts department Tim must eat,sleep,& breath Harley.He always has answers to my questions & helpful installation tips.I would like to thank the friendly team of professionals who put the customer back in customer service.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with Cyclestop. I have bought two bikes at Cyclestop and Sean and Matt in sales have been excellent. Top notch, friendly service everytime I come in. In parts Tim is a walking encyclopedia. He is unbelievably helpful and almost always has clear, concise, and accurate information. In Service, Ken has been wonderful to deal with. He is always courteous, efficient, and prompt. I couldn't ask for an easier experience when getting my bike serviced. Mario has been phenomenal! He came to pick my bike up for service in the middle of a Feb snowstorm and started shovelling my driveway to help get the bike in the truck!! I said we could reschedule to which he replied, "Let's get this done."

I was looking to step up to a bigger bike after owning a 2007 Dyna Low-Rider. After doing a Internet search my wife found what we we looking for, loaded our bike in the truck on Monday, made a deal and took delivery on Thursday. We had an MDA chairty ride today and we had a fantastic time. Thanks Jim for a quick delivery.

Just received a Product Program letter (0912) from Harley on a potential voltage regulator problem on 2012 model bikes. So I thought I would stop down and find out if my bike was involved and if so make an appointment for the repair. They said they would check the date on the VR and let me know. I told them I had to go to the parts dept to pick something up and I would be right back. By the time I got back the bike was in the sevice bay, the old VR was off the bike and the replacement was being installed; in and out in a half hour. Thanks CS (Laura) for the great service.

Early this summer, I decided to fulfill a lifelong dream of purchasing a Harley Davidson; more specifically a 2007, Softail Deuce. I found one locally but the color just didnt work for me and the dealer didnt offer an alternative plan. So I did a search on the Internet and found the Cycle Stop in Rochester. After exchanging a few emails with Jim McDaniel, he told me that they had two in stock and I could have my choice of either. On July 13, 2007, I visited the store and met Jim. Not only is he thoroughly knowledgeable of the products they offer, he is a true gentleman and took the time and effort to make me feel completely at ease. He even wheeled the bike outside so I could see how the paint looked in the sunlight. The price they asked was more than fair and Jim even arranged to have it delivered to my house in a timely manner. I received the Deuce July 27, 2007. It was delivered in a covered trailer in perfect condition. The fellow who made the delivery was Mario from their service department. He too is a fine fellow and took great pains to make sure that the delivery process went smooth as silk. I cant say enough about the Cycle Stop and would recommend the store and more importantly, their staff to anyone.

Looks like the old man was right! "Come get me when you get a real bike!" I thought he was nuts! Turns out he was right all along. Should have known better than to doubt a member of the "Greece Gully Jumpers"! I grew up with stories about Harleys. I live over 4 hours from Rochester Cycle Stop and have been back twice to buy new Harleys and that pretty much speaks for itself. Jimmy Mac had me sold when I left there last summer. Very knowledgeable and a keen eye for detail. So when spring came this year, It wasn't about putting me on a bike and getting me out the door-but IN the right bike for me. I had my bike with add ons in less than a week. No small feat because my parts were not easy to find. Jim went out of the store to get them for me and lost who knows how much in sales for himself? I tried to purchase a Harley from Cycle Stop 3 prior times and could never get the right numbers which pushed me to a competitor to buy a metric bike. I went in this time and gave it one more shot. Andy was great. He told me he would do everthing he could to make the 4th time a charm and he made good on it. He showed me all the bikes and stayed with me while I struggled with a decision on which bike to purchase. He made me a good deal and I finally got my Harley. I had a problem with an oil leak the day I picked it up, the service department got me right in and got it fixed while I waited. I order parts and they came in the next day. Recently my ignition module went. As my bike is my sole means of transportation this was a big problem for me. Joe in service, understood the issue and got me back on the road till the part came in. Losing my bike, even for a day, is a major problem. When the part finally came in, Joe got the bike in the shop and I was back on the road in an hour. That's old-school service. Thanks Joe.

I bought my husband an electra glide for his 50th. Jim was incredibly patient with all of my questions and accommodated us when our bike didn't come in on time-since Harley's production schedule has been cut. We wound up getting the ultra instead of the classic and are very pleased with the bike!!!

After my initial purchase of a Keeway 250cc at CycleStop, (Which, incidently was a great experience) I soon found myself longing for a larger more powerful bike. Matt helped me through my indecision and choice-making, which resulted in my Final Choice...a Yamaha V-Star 650. I absolutely LOVE this bike, and I thank Matt for helping me make a choice that was right for my income, skill and needs. The Service Department always goes the full mile in every way, and it's good to know their expertise is backing up my purchase. You can buy "cheaper" but in the long run "cheap" can't hold a candle to knowledge and competence, both of which this dealership has in every way. Just ask around and you'll find out that CycleStop is the most respected and most often chosen dealership in the area.

This recent purchase marks the 10th motorcycle for me. That is to say I have a good amount of motorcycle dealership interaction. The sales staff take their time to answer questions and illustrate further to clarify any outstanding concerns. No pressure rather an easy environment to look and just get comfortable. That alone will make your purchase experience a very positive one ! Parts staff are prompt and have the time tested experience to know what you may not know to assure the best fit the first time around. No repeat back to the store because of improper purchase. I definately enjoy the accessory department inside also. There is a nice assortment of Harley garb for all ages and styles to fit nearly every type of rider. From hard core to the suttle. Being new to Harley, I am very pleased with the purchase thus far knowing that I am being supported by such a knowledgable staff from all aspects of my riding experience.
